Apple IPad’s

 

By using the latest IPad 2 devices we are able to capture the following information from site and make this immediately available to the appropriate people:

• Quality & H&S audits
• Employment forms (contracts, passport, visa etc)
• Training & induction records

In addition, our Managers are better able to monitor and plan for:
• Periodic tasks
• Pat test requirements
• Staff visa expiration

In our business, it’s important that we can be truly mobile and yet equipped to communicate with customers and suppliers. The IPad allows us to edit documents, create cleaning schedules, email stock orders and respond to client requests all from site.

 

Telephone based attendance register

By using a telephone based service our staff can sign in from site by making a call to a toll free number from your site telephone (to ensure cleaners are on site), and by entering their unique pin code. Our system then lets us remotely monitor arrival and departure times. We are also able to set up a manager alert should a member of staff not arrive within 10 minutes of shift start time.
