Once we have agreed a contract, we work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition.
This includes:
• Liaising with your outgoing contractor to obtain TUPE information and staff contact details
• Meeting with existing cleaning staff to negotiate their transfer (if applicable)
• Recruiting to fill available positions
• Ordering stock, equipment & uniform
• Creating cleaning schedules and accountability charts
• Preparing our contract operations & health & safety files
• Inducting staff and carrying out appropriate training
• Setting up telephone based attendance tracking software
• Meeting with stakeholders to ensure fluid communication at all times
