Training Focus
Keeping our customers happy is most often closely linked to us making sure our staff feel adequately supported and prepared. We therefore produce a quarterly training toolbox, which is fed through our Operations Managers and Cleaning Supervisors out to our cleaning teams on site.
In addition to this refresher training, all staff are thoroughly inducted into their position at the time of their appointment and through the first month of their employment with us. Training covers all aspects of cleaning and health & safety and is based on the BICS 10 skills programme.
